Friday was as busy as ive seen The Room in a long time. Even the bar staff and security were surprised to see as many people on such a bitter Friday night. We braved some bad weather to get there and kicked off around 9.45. We played 4 new songs during the night which all went down really well. This kind of cements their place in our set for the near future. We finished our set at 12.45 and headed off to our hotel to play some Guitar Hero. I think I may have fallen asleep during this as I have no recollection of the others leaving my room.
Saturday was another belter, we all felt that the sound was better and we were a tad tighter as despite our weekly visit to the studio to rehearse we hadnt played any of the older numbers for 2 weeks. Again the new songs went down exceptionally well with Mr Brightside and Sex on Fire highlights of the night.
Roll on next weekend when we are in Glasgow’s Arches on Friday night followed by a trip to Inverurie for the Saturday.

Hello guys , just like to say we were up in Inverness over the weekend and saw you play THE ROOM . We all thought you were fantastic and there was not one song we did not like so thanks a lot for a great night of rock . Hope to see you all play again a little bit nearer to Cowdenbeath but if not we will make sure we are in Inverness the next time you are up there ,all the best and again thanks for a great night .
